White and Delicious  - Cobia flesh is dense white / slightly pink, firm and slightly oily with delicious flavour

Versatile  - great in many styles including Sashimi, Carpaccio, Pan fried, Grilled, Baked, Tandoori, Smoked  Steamed or Sous-vide

Ideal substitute -   for Kurau, Black Cod, Snapper, Himachi

Healthy - High omega 3, juicy and filling

Internationally renowned  - Robson Green (BBC extreme fishing) rated it as his third best tasting fish. Jamie Oliver and Mario Batalli featured it in “Iron Chef America”.

Prized game fish  - Due to its strength and fighting qualities. It can grow to 60kg. For the best taste and texture Cobia is normally harvested at 6-8 kgs
